Returns Policy

At Resolve Safety, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. This Returns Policy outlines the terms under which you can return goods purchased from us.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased directly from Resolve Safety.

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made, personalised, or special-order items.

  • Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty).

  • PPE and safety equipment (such as respirators, gloves, helmets) if packaging has been opened or tampered with, due to hygiene and safety regulations.


2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by contacting our Customer Service Team.

  • Provide a description of the issue along with photos, if applicable.

  • We will arrange for inspection and, if verified, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you, including covering reasonable return shipping.


3. How to Return an Item

To return eligible items:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at Admin@resolvesafety.com.au to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA#).

  2. Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the return package.

  3. Return the item(s) to:
    Resolve Safety – Returns Department

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except for faulty or incorrect items). We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.


4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of return.

  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


5. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We uphold all guarantees and obligations required by law, including your right to a remedy for products that are faulty or not as described.
